Zlatan Ibile Apologizes to Seyi Vibez After Online Clash
Nigerian Afrobeats star Zlatan Ibile has reached out to fellow singer Seyi Vibez following a disagreement that unfolded on social media earlier this week.
The issue began when Seyi Vibez felt that ad‑libs on Adekunle Gold’s track “Life of the Faaji” were aimed at him. He responded online, calling Zlatan a backup artiste and commenting on his clothing line, which heightened the tension between the two artists.
Zlatan later took to his social media to address the situation. He explained that the whole episode was a misunderstanding and expressed disappointment that Seyi Vibez felt disrespected. He emphasized that there was no ill intent behind any of his words or actions.
The singer reiterated that he still sees Seyi Vibez as a brother and is ready to settle the matter through conversation whenever Seyi is prepared to talk. He wrote, “It actually hurts that my brother thinks I would diss him in anyway. It’s literally a misunderstanding. @seyi_vibez it’s all love bro, when you’re ready to talk it out I’m here!! 4L ABURO MI.”
