Girlfriend confronts man as visitor flees
She explained that the guy had been asking her out during their school days, and she would only stay briefly before heading back. On this particular visit, he invited her to his room and served her a dish of jollof rice, chicken, and a cold Coke.
Just a couple of minutes after they started eating, a knock came at the door. The man opened it to find his girlfriend standing there, which left both him and his visitor shocked.

She went on to say, “The next thing I heard was a slap to the guy’s face, and she exclaimed, ‘This is the hot jollof I was eating cold for my mouth.’ She yelled, ‘Is this the food I cooked that you’re using to flirt?’ The man, bewildered, tried to calm her, reminding her that it was his home and his provisions. Worried she might get dragged into the dispute, she left the meal behind and fled the lodging.
