Governor Agbu Kefas Names Deputy Director-Generals for 2027 Taraba Campaign
Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba State has approved the appointment of deputy director-generals for each of the state’s three senatorial zones as part of his 2027 re‑election campaign. The appointments also include a spokesperson and a secretary for the campaign council. The announcement was made by Danladi Baido, Director‑General of the Agbu Kefas Moving Forward Agenda 2027.

- Dr Bulus Maiyaki (Makaman Donga) – Deputy Director‑General, Taraba South Senatorial Zone
- Rt. Hon. Kabiru Jalo – Deputy Director‑General, Taraba Central Senatorial Zone
- Rt. Hon. (Prof.) Albasu Kunini – Deputy Director‑General, Taraba North Senatorial Zone
- Hon. Emmanuel Bello – Spokesperson, Dr Agbu Kefas Re‑Election Campaign Council 2027
- Rt Hon. Josiah Sabo Kente (PhD) – Secretary, Dr Agbu Kefas Re‑Election Campaign Council 2027
Baido said the selections demonstrate the council’s commitment to building a team of competent, experienced and dedicated leaders with strong service records, political mobilisation skills and unwavering loyalty to the Moving Forward Agenda. He congratulated the appointees and urged them to perform their duties with diligence, commitment, discipline and teamwork.
The newly appointed officials are expected to work closely with party leaders, stakeholders, support groups and volunteers to consolidate the widespread support enjoyed by Governor Agbu Kefas across Taraba State.
