Dollar to Naira Black Market Exchange Rate – July 31, 2026
The black market (parallel market) Dollar to Naira exchange rate on Thursday, 30th July 2026 stood at ₦1,408 for buying and ₦1,419 for selling one US dollar, according to Bureau De Change operators in Lagos.
These rates reflect the amount traders are willing to pay (buy) and receive (sell) for foreign currency in the informal market.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognise the parallel market and advises individuals seeking foreign exchange to use their commercial banks.
