A Nigerian woman has ignited online discussion after asserting that she only conducts spiritual ceremonies for affluent men, maintaining that no female partner is keen on ‘binding’ a financially struggling man.
In a widely circulated clip on X (formerly Twitter), she stated that the individuals she allegedly subjects to these rites are all financially secure, noting that they are the sole cases where partners are prepared to compensate for such services.
She advised that less fortunate men ought to feel thankful, as nobody appears interested in spiritually restraining someone lacking wealth.
Quoting her directly, she remarked:
“If you’re a broke man, you don’t realize what God has done for you. Who would want to tie down a penniless individual? Nobody desires to bind you.”
“Observing the participants, it’s clear they possess money. Had the subject been indigent, I would merely grimace. Yet, because they are wealthy, the act feels rewarding to me, since I anticipate that once their testimony emerges, funds will flow into my account.”
Furthermore, she pointed out that the monetary compensation she obtains from her patrons renders the purported spiritual labor worthwhile.
Her statements have provoked a range of responses across the internet, with numerous Nigerians voicing skepticism while others engaged in debate over her assertions.
