Agbu Kefas Secures APC Governorship Nomination in Taraba State
Governor Agbu Kefas has been declared the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary in Taraba State, positioning him as the party’s candidate for the forthcoming election.
Speaking after his victory on Friday evening, Kefas described the primary as a transparent and democratic exercise. He urged party members and supporters to set aside the competition and unite for the state’s advancement.
The governor thanked the APC leadership at various levels for their backing of his administration and their confidence in his leadership.
He also expressed gratitude to the residents of Taraba State for their continued support and cooperation with his government.
Kefas reiterated his commitment to leading with fairness, humility and service, promising to sustain existing programmes and policies that improve citizens’ lives.
He pledged to build on the achievements already recorded by his administration as preparations for the governorship election continue across Taraba.
