Phyna Files ₦500 Million Lawsuit Against Carter Efe
Phyna, the winner of the BBNaija level‑up edition, has instituted a ₦500 million legal suit against Nigerian streamer Carter Efe following allegations that the two were sexually involved.
The controversy intensified after Carter Efe, in a video shared on social media, admitted to having sex with Phyna when she directly asked, “Me and you f*ck?” He replied, “Yes. I will bring the whole evidence come outside.” Prior to this, another individual named Davrel claimed that Phyna had made sexual advances toward him and requested an introduction to his father.
During an Instagram Live session on Thursday night, Phyna apologised to her fans, disclosed that she had filed the lawsuit against both Carter Efe and Davrel, and explained that she would no longer respond to personal attacks with emotional outbursts. She said she would now rely on legal channels to address the issue.
Shortly after the live stream, Carter Efe posted a video confirming that he had been served with the ₦500 million suit, indicating that the matter will proceed through the courts.
