Phyna Files ₦500 Million Lawsuit Against Carter Efe
BBNaija Level‑Up winner Phyna has instituted a ₦500 million lawsuit against Nigerian streamer Carter Efe, accusing him of spreading false claims about a sexual relationship between them.
The dispute intensified after a video surfaced showing Carter Efe admitting to having sex with Phyna during a confrontation. In the clip, Phyna asks, “Me and you f*ck?” and Carter replies, “Yes. I will bring the whole evidence come outside.” She then warned that both he and Davrel would hear from her lawyer.
During an Instagram Live session on Thursday night, Phyna apologised to her fans and revealed that she had already taken legal steps against both Carter Efe and Davrel. She explained that recent attacks on her personal life had pushed her to reconsider how she handles public criticism.

Shortly after the live, Carter Efe shared a video confirming that he had been served with the ₦500 million suit.
The reality TV star emphasized that she will no longer respond with emotional outbursts and will rely on the courts to protect her reputation.
