Nkechi Blessing Criticises Colleagues for Sharing Private Screenshots of Late Actress Temitope Osoba
Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has lashed out at some of her colleagues for posting private conversations they had with the late actress Temitope Osoba following her death. She described the act as shameful and urged people to stop the unnecessary displays surrounding the late star.
According to Blessing, many of those now mourning Osoba publicly had not reached out to her for work when she attempted a comeback after a long hiatus from the screen. She questioned why they only showed concern after her passing, despite allegedly ignoring her career struggles while she was alive.
Osoba had reportedly stayed away from acting for an extended period before making a return. Blessing pointed out that few of her colleagues offered her job opportunities during that comeback attempt, yet they are now sharing screenshots as a form of tribute.
She wrote on social media: “Una don start rubbish screenshot up and down…Una no Dey shame sef? Una sabi famz the dead ooo. She made a comeback after been off the screens for a very long time. How many of una call her for jobs? Omo God abeg oooo. Father Lord, grant me long life ooo!!!”
