Charles Okocha Suggests Rudeboy and Mr P Settle Feud via Boxing Match
Nollywood actor Charles Okocha has proposed that the estranged music duo Peter Okoye (Mr P) and Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) settle their differences by stepping into a boxing ring.
He explained that such a bout would attract fans as pure entertainment, not as a platform for hatred, giving the brothers a controlled environment to end their beef.
Okocha noted that the ongoing public exchanges between the singers are inappropriate given their age and status, urging them to handle the disagreement privately or through a sanctioned event.
He stressed that personal disagreements should not be aired on social media, pointing out that outsiders who do not know the details of a person’s private life should not be dragged into family conflicts.
Quoting him, “Rude Boy and Mr. P should get into the ring. Let them get into the ring and settle all this… It’s becoming too much. At their age it makes no sense… If they can settle it in the ring, why not? It would be entertainment – people would buy tickets, come watch, and there would be no room for animosity.”
He added that he himself avoids airing personal issues online, questioning why anyone would bring private matters to the public when they could be resolved internally.
