Renowned real estate tycoon King Ochacho surprised content creator Peller and his bride Jarvis by presenting them with a lavish ₦400 million mansion at their traditional wedding celebration earlier today.
The heartfelt gesture took place in front of attendees, with Ochacho explaining that the gift stemmed from Peller’s uplifting influence on today’s youth.
Ochacho shared that he and his relatives traveled from Abuja to join the festivities, and afterward consulted his children on how best to honor Peller.
He recalled telling them, ‘We dropped everything in Abuja to be here for Peller, who inspires this generation. So I asked my kids, “What can we do for Peller?”’
His children replied, ‘We’d like Peller to reside near Palace 7.’ Ochacho noted that properties in that vicinity start at around ₦400 million, prompting the question of what to do, to which his children answered, ‘Peller and Jarvis are worthy of that mansion.’
Consequently, Ochacho declared, ‘On behalf of my children, I gift you, Peller, a brand‑new residence valued at ₦400 million located in Life Camp, Abuja.’
An visibly moved Peller reflected on how he first met Ochacho at Soso’s wedding, where he playfully invited the billionaire to his own nuptials, never anticipating he would actually show up.
Since the mansion handover, social media has buzzed with congratulations for the couple and applause for Ochacho’s extraordinary wedding present.
