Peller and Jarvis Announce White Wedding Date
Popular Nigerian TikToker Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, widely known as Peller, has confirmed that he will marry fellow content creator Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, popularly called Jarvis.
The couple shared a video on their verified social media pages on Saturday, announcing that their white wedding is scheduled for 1 August 2026.
Before the announcement, Peller had already completed the traditional marriage requirements, including the payment of the bride price, and the pair had posted clips from a civil wedding, showing that the legal formalities were already underway.
Fans, fellow creators and celebrities flooded the comment sections with congratulatory messages after the news broke.
Peller Recounts Ordeal After Police Detention
In a separate update, Peller opened up about his recent encounter with law enforcement after spending nearly four days in police custody.
The TikTok star was arrested in the Lekki area of Lagos following a dispute with officers over a tinted vehicle that lacked a number plate.
Peller and his associate, Bello Oladipo, were later granted ₦500,000 bail by a Lagos Magistrate’s Court after being arraigned on allegations of obstructing police officers during an operation.
Following his release, Peller took to his Snapchat account to describe his time in detention, revealing that he neither bathed nor ate while held.
He said he had never experienced such an incident before.
