Hearn insisted that the signed agreement leaves no room for a venue switch without the consent of all parties involved.

Hearn, who worked alongside Frank Warren to finalise the terms of the blockbuster showdown, said the contract clearly stipulates that the fight must be held in Britain. He stressed that neither Saudi financial backers nor external investors have the authority to move the event independently, with both promotional teams retaining equal control over any major decisions.
