Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere from Omega Power Ministries (OPM) revealed that the church is offering free accommodation to Nigerians coming back from South Africa, noting that estates have been readied for those lacking shelter.
He shared the news on Instagram, explaining that a new group of returnees had landed from South Africa and promising them they would not face homelessness.

“I just learned that additional Nigerians have returned from South Africa. Couples without a home in Nigeria to return to are invited to stay in a complimentary estate set aside for them. The OPM property is completely free of charge,” he stated.
Apostle Chibuzor also mentioned that a complimentary bus has been arranged to collect returnees from the airport, bring them to the church for processing, and then transport them to the estates.

He also urged the returnees to be patient with the church and to handle their own meals for the time being, until a new catering provider is secured.
“A free bus has been secured to transport families from the airport to the estate. Please do not be upset; you will need to provide your own meals until next week while we finalize arrangements with a new catering service. All costs are covered by tithes and offerings from the OPM Church,” he added.
This initiative follows a growing trend of Nigerians returning from South Africa due to rising xenophobic incidents, immigration difficulties, and economic strain. Many have opted to come back home because of safety worries and uncertainty about what lies ahead.
The statement has been well received by numerous Nigerians, with many social media users commending the cleric for offering tangible assistance to those returning home.
