VeryDarkMan’s NGO Account Balance Draws Attention
The screenshot indicates that ₦691,609,964.78 was deposited, ₦671,770,394.14 has been expended, leaving a balance of ₦19,939,570.64. The Facebook user expressed astonishment at the leftover amount, sparking widespread discussion online. It is worth noting that music mogul Don Jazzy contributed ₦100 million to VeryDarkMan’s NGO account in October 2024. Initially, VeryDarkMan urged Zenith Bank to investigate, suspecting possible money laundering or a setup. Subsequently, he posted a screenshot of Don Jazzy’s message, which read: ‘Morning bro. Just saw your post. Na me send 100m to support. I believe in what you are doing.’

Prior to this controversy, VeryDarkMan organized a large-scale protest in Ibadan, Oyo State, calling on authorities to act against the kidnapping of schoolchildren and teachers in Orire Local Government Area.
Demonstrators, comprising hundreds of local residents, marched along major thoroughfares, singing solidarity songs and holding placards that urged the government to prioritize public safety.
VeryDarkMan also denounced the sluggish response to the rescue efforts, stating, ‘Enough is enough. Our children cannot be snatched from classrooms while we treat it as ordinary.’
