Introduction
A Nigerian commentator has ignited online discussion after sharing her views on the swirling rumors that content creators Peller and Jarvis are expecting a child. She questioned why the pair would allegedly accelerate into parenthood at such a young stage.

Lady’s Perspective on Marriage and Parenthood
In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), she argued that if the couple truly wishes to break the cycle of unsuccessful marriages in their family, they should prioritize marriage before welcoming a child.
She added that there is no justification for rushing into pregnancy only to begin planning a wedding shortly afterward.
“Peller and Jarvis are both young. If you know you want to break the pattern of marriage in your family, why rush the pregnancy and then want to get married to her in August? Make it make sense.
Those of you asking, ‘Why is Jarvis not proud of her pregnancy?’ Even if it were me, shame would catch me. That’s why in that video she was trying her best to drag her gown so the pregnancy doesn’t show.”
Reference to Mr Eazi and Temi Otedola
The commentator further noted that marrying before the baby’s arrival does not automatically erase a family pattern if conception occurs prior to the wedding.
She urged Peller and Jarvis to look to the example of singer Mr Eazi and his wife, Temi Otedola, who dated for several years before tying the knot.
“Why can’t you learn from Mr Eazi and Otedola’s daughter? Those guys dated for many years until they got married. Otedola’s daughter never planned on having a child for Mr Eazi,” she remarked.
Public Reaction
The video has sparked a mixed response online. Some users agree with her stance, emphasizing the importance of marital stability before parenthood, while others maintain that decisions about marriage and having children should remain a personal choice for the couple.
“Peller and Jarvis are young. Peller, if you know you want to break the pattern of marriage in your house, why rush the pregnancy. You expect Jarvis not to be ashamed of it? Even if I’m the one I’d be ashamed. Why can’t you both learn from Mr. Eazi and Temi Otedola” — lady says — Beri🌚 (@beri_grizou) July 23, 2026
