Odih Calls for Tinubu‑Atiku Collaboration to Advance Nigeria’s Interest
The Director‑General of THE BRIDGE for Renewed Hope, Hon. Rowland Odih, has appealed to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to place Nigeria’s national interest above partisan politics and work alongside President Bola Tinubu to move the country forward.
Odih described the current moment as a significant milestone in Nigeria’s democratic evolution, urging political leaders to prioritize stability, unity, and development over personal ambition. He stressed that patriotic leadership, constructive engagement, and a collective commitment to nation‑building are essential to address the nation’s economic, security, and developmental challenges.
He highlighted the Tinubu administration’s efforts to stabilise the economy, attract investment, expand infrastructure, reform the oil and gas sector, boost revenue generation, and strengthen social intervention programmes for vulnerable Nigerians. Odih argued that Atiku’s experience, network, and ideas could be valuable if directed toward supporting these national development goals. He also urged supporters of the affected political parties to remain calm and law‑abiding following the court decision on the deregistration of the ADC and four other parties, advising any dissatisfied parties to pursue legal and constitutional remedies rather than actions that threaten public peace.
