Dickson Warns NDC Stakeholders Against Damaging Party Image
The National Leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Seriake Dickson, has called on party chieftains to rein in their supporters and stop any attempts to tarnish the image of fellow members.
He expressed frustration that some individuals are painting the NDC in a negative light while their leaders fail to bring those supporters under control.
Dickson reminded everyone that when members joined the party, they agreed to work together as partners, support the flag bearers, and strive to deliver a government Nigerians deserve in the 2027 elections.
He warned that no one will be allowed to damage anybody’s reputation after joining the party and receiving the NDC’s backing.
Dickson Confirms Free Nomination for Peter Obi
He also pointed out that the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, was given the ticket without any payment and was permitted to select his running mate, Rabiu Kwankwaso, free from party interference.
Dickson questioned what Obi’s supporters, known as the Obidients, still expect from the party after receiving such concessions.
He stressed that neither he nor the national chairman demanded any money from Obi or his team, and urged all stakeholders to unite for a victorious outcome in 2027.
