Former Big Brother Naija reality star, Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has disclosed that she can no longer enter into marriage solely for love.
Tacha explained that her current financial status has significantly altered her perspective on marriage.
She stated that, being a millionaire herself, she now requires a partner who is not only her financial equal but exceeds her in wealth—specifically, a billionaire.
The reality star shared these views during an interview on Lagos-based Yanga FM, noting that before her participation in the 2019 Big Brother Naija reality show, she might have considered marrying for love. However, her current stance is firm.
She said, “I can’t marry just because of love. I’m looking for a billionaire. I’m a millionaire, so my potential husband should be richer than me. I’m certain I can’t marry for love. If I was before Big Brother Naija, maybe, it would have been an option. But right now, it’s a No.”
Tacha, however, clarified that marriage is not her current priority. She emphasized that she is currently concentrating on advancing her career.
She is the founder of a beauty brand named Everything Tacha and has secured endorsement deals with several major Nigerian and international companies.
