Spyro Shares How He Met His Wife at a Nightclub
Nigerian singer Spyro has opened up about how he met his wife Janet Atom, revealing that their relationship started after they crossed paths at a nightclub.
He emphasized that he does not criticize people who go clubbing, but noted that her job at the venue caught his attention.
According to Spyro, his curiosity about why she worked there prompted him to start a conversation.
As they continued talking, they built a friendship that grew stronger over time.
The singer said it was during that friendship that he later realized she possessed all the qualities he had been searching for in a life partner.
He admitted that marriage was not on his mind when they first met, but his feelings changed as he got to know her better.
“I met my partner working in the club, not party venue, not partying in the club, but that’s not to say that partying is wrong. She was working there and that’s how I got to notice her. I was curious to know why she was there and why she was working at the club, and that was what made me have my first conversation with her.
We got talking and we became friends. One day my eyes popped up and I was like ‘Oh what I have been looking for was right in front of me.’ I wasn’t really thinking of making it a lifetime thing, so I said before I quickly miss it, let me swing into action…”
