Former APC National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje Denies Defection to NDC
Abdullahi Ganduje, the former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has rejected allegations that he has left the party to join the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).
He said the reports circulating on social media lack any political or logical foundation and are part of a deliberate misinformation campaign.
Ganduje described the posters claiming his defection as false and politically motivated, aimed at confusing APC supporters and generating unnecessary speculation.
He emphasized that the APC remains Nigeria’s largest political party and continues to grow under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership.
The former APC chairman reaffirmed his commitment to working with the party leadership to advance the Tinubu administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
Ganduje added that the individuals responsible for creating and spreading the alleged defection posters have been identified, warning that legal action will be taken if the materials are not withdrawn and the false claims cease.
He urged party members, supporters, and the general public to disregard the posters, insisting they do not reflect his political position or intentions.
