A Nigerian woman has become a trending topic online after sharing her worry that men no longer approach her as they once did.
In a clip that circulated on social media, she remarked that she has observed a noticeable drop in the number of gentlemen who pause to compliment her or attempt to start a conversation when she is out in public.
She noted that previously she would often hear comments from admirers, yet nowadays she walks by without anyone stopping to talk to her.
She questioned whether this was an isolated incident or if other females have observed the same pattern, lightly commenting that the situation feels ‘not right.’
She said, “Is it just me? Nobody seems to flirt with me anymore. Earlier, while strolling, I’d hear remarks like ‘Excuse me, beautiful, can I talk to you?’ or ‘Hey gorgeous, I’d like to chat.’ Now, no one stops me; I just walk on uninterrupted. Am I the only one, or are you experiencing this too? It’s not right; it’s not good.”
