The nine‑time African champions opened their training camp in Casablanca on Monday, with ten players already reporting to the team’s base at the Hotel Marriott.

First Training Session Scheduled
The Super Falcons are set to hold their inaugural training session later today, July 14, at the Stade El Arbi Zaouli, with additional players expected to join the squad in the coming days.
Road to WAFCON 2026
Nigeria will begin the defence of their WAFCON crown against Malawi at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on 28 July. They will then face Zambia on 1 August before concluding their Group B campaign against Egypt at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat on 5 August.
Stakes Beyond the Trophy
The tournament carries added importance: the four semi‑finalists earn automatic qualification for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil, while the team finishing fifth advances to an intercontinental playoff.
