AC Milan are nearing the appointment of former Manchester United coach Rúben Amorim as their new head coach, with the Portuguese manager said to be ready to accept all conditions discussed during negotiations.
Talks have reached the final stage, and Amorim is fully aligned with Milan’s long-term sporting vision. The 41‑year‑old is waiting for the club’s leadership to give the final green light before an official announcement can be made.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Amorim has already told the Italian giants he is willing to proceed under the terms presented. The former Sporting CP boss sees the Milan job as an attractive next step in his career and is eager to move to San Siro. Romano’s post on X noted, “Rúben Amorim, ready to accept all conditions discussed with AC Milan to become the new manager,” and added that he is waiting for the final go‑ahead from Milan.
