“Through my song ‘Ashawo,’ I aimed to capture Lagos’ dating reality,” Fireboy stated. “It’s fundamentally messy. My own relationships reflect that chaos. Yet I thrive when connecting with women. Romantic companionship helps stabilize me during stressful times.”
