Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has expressed profound happiness over her estranged parents’ reconciliation following years of conflict. In an emotional Facebook post, Daniels revealed her parents set aside their differences for her happiness after being “sworn enemies” for an extended period.
The star emphasized the reunion came without hidden motives. She reflected on her family’s journey. Daniels wrote: “Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness. And I dare question God for putting me in this situation?”
Both parents are currently collaborating in Abuja to secure the release of Daniels’ brother, Sammy. Reports indicate Sammy remains in detention. The actress expressed frustration over the prolonged situation. She vowed to personally intervene if necessary.
“Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long but we will get him out,” Daniels declared. “Even if I have to march there myself and create a storm! Since they want me!”
Daniels also paid tribute to her parents’ strength. She described her father as a brilliant legal mind impacted by “Nigeria happened.” Her mother, actress Rita Daniels, received praise as a resilient “powerhouse.” Both parents demonstrate deep devotion to their children according to the star.
“My father is a lawyer. Actually one of the biggest back in the day,” Daniels shared. “My mother? She’s a powerhouse! They would do anything for their children. I love you, mom and dad! This is all I actually ever wanted.”
