A passenger aboard the Enugu Air flight that made an emergency landing at Benin Airport described the ordeal as the most frightening experience of her life.
This follows a previous account from a Nigerian man who said he was also on board and recounted the events.
In a social media post, the survivor expressed gratitude for being alive, saying the flight “almost took my life.”
She posted a video from the crash site, highlighting her mud‑stained jeans while she stood in the rain after evacuation.
The aircraft, en route from Lagos to Benin, veered off the runway during touchdown.
Aviation officials have launched an investigation into the incident.
She captioned the post with: “Enugu airline from Lagos to Benin almost take my life today. Worst experience ever. I just thank God for my life.”
