A woman has ignited online discussion after revealing her tactic for gauging a man’s sincerity: requesting cash early on to see if he is genuinely interested.
She details the Instagram exchange
In a widely shared clip, she described how an Instagram user who messaged her ceased communication once she asked him to cover the cost of her hairstyle before meeting.
She explained that the man initially inquired about her schedule for the day. She responded that she planned to get her hair done.
He then asked whether she would stop by his place later, but she made it clear that he needed to pay for her hair first if he wanted to meet.
“The simplest way to drive a man away, I told you, is to send him a bill. Request that he provide funds.”
She continued, quoting his reply: “He asked, ‘Will you come see me afterward?’ I answered, ‘Why would I visit you when you haven’t paid for my hair?’ He has not responded since. Praise be to God.”
She emphasized that she refuses to spend her own money preparing for a rendezvous with someone unwilling to contribute financially.
“Once you’re there, talk cash… A man won’t waste my time, I won’t use my cash to style my hair only to bring it to someone who hasn’t covered the cost.”
