Dollar to Naira Black Market Rate – June 24 2026
The parallel market, often referred to as the black market or Aboki FX, continues to set the unofficial Dollar to Naira exchange rate. On Tuesday, 23rd June 2026, traders in Lagos were selling one US dollar for ₦1,395 and buying it for ₦1,385.
These rates reflect the current supply and demand dynamics in the informal Forex segment. Individuals looking to exchange dollars for naira at these levels can do so through licensed Bureau De Change operators operating in the parallel market.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognise the black market for foreign exchange. It advises anyone needing to conduct Forex transactions to approach their commercial banks, where official rates apply.
