Black Market Dollar to Naira Rate – May 23, 2026
According to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources, traders in the Lagos parallel market are selling one US dollar for ₦1,395 and buying it for ₦1,385 on Saturday, 23rd May 2026.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognise the parallel market. It advises anyone wishing to engage in foreign exchange transactions to use their commercial banks instead.
