Kate Henshaw Speaks on Blood Sisters Intimate Scene
Nollywood star Kate Henshaw has addressed the much‑discussed intimate scene from the second season of Blood Sisters, sharing that her co‑star Daniel Etim‑Effiong behaved with utmost professionalism throughout the shoot.
In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, Henshaw explained that open dialogue was maintained before and during filming. She recalled asking Etim‑Effiong about his comfort level, to which he responded reassuringly.
“We talked about how far each of us was comfortable,” Henshaw said. “He told me, ‘sis, no problem.’” She noted that during the scene, where her character Uduak appeared topless, Etim‑Effiong remained composed and did not display any physical reaction.
Henshaw praised his conduct, describing him as a “good boy” who never “rose to the occasion.” She emphasized that his respectful attitude helped create a safe and professional environment on set.
The actress’s comments highlight the importance of clear communication and mutual respect when filming sensitive scenes, setting a positive example for the industry.
