Ex-Husband Claims Proof of Judy Austin and Yul Edochie Affair While Living Together
Emmanuel Obasi, the former husband of Nollywood star Judy Austin, opened up about the painful end of their marriage during an appearance on the Honest Bunch Podcast. He said the emotional scars remain fresh even after many years apart.
Obasi explained that he and Judy were married for several years and share two children. According to him, the relationship began to deteriorate when Judy started openly admiring actor Yul Edochie whenever his films appeared on television.
He alleged that Judy would frequently praise Yul Edochie, telling him directly that she loved the actor and would lose focus whenever his movies were on. Obasi claimed he has proof that Judy and Yul were dating while she was still living under his roof.
The former husband said the memories of the failed marriage continue to weigh on him. He noted that the emotional pain has persisted long after their separation, which reportedly ended around 2013.
Obasi also expressed deep concern about his children, stating that he has had little or no contact with them for more than a decade. He described feeling worried and saddened by his inability to be an active part of their lives.
Following the breakup, Judy Austin went on to become the second wife of actor Yul Edochie. Obasi’s revelations have reignited public interest in the personal lives of the Nollywood figures involved.
