Yul Edochie Says Alex Ekubo Didn’t Need to Keep Marriage Private
Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has weighed in on the debate surrounding the late Alex Ekubo’s decision to keep his marriage out of the public eye.
He pointed out that after Ekubo’s passing, several blogs began publishing information and pictures linked to his wife, describing them as “vultures” feeding on personal tragedy.
Edochie argued that there was no need for anyone to conceal personal matters from the public, emphasizing that public opinion is constant and people will always talk regardless of what one does.
He advised individuals to focus on living their lives freely, to stop worrying about what others say, and never to make themselves small for anyone or any reason.
In his view, true greatness comes from ignoring critics, letting them talk while one enjoys life and pursues personal goals.
