Nollywood actress and singer Angela Okorie has publicly supported Italy’s new restrictions on LGBTQ+ parenting.
Okorie shared her views on her Instagram story. She described same-sex parenting as unacceptable. The mother of one also questioned the ability of such couples to raise children effectively.
The actress connected her stance to her religious faith. She called for what she termed a “spiritual cleansing.” This cleansing, according to her, should be directed against practices she considers wrong.
Okorie wrote: “Same-sex couples are not okay. They are not mentally stable to train kids. We declare divine sanitation all around the world in Jesus name amen. All those nonsense must stop.”
