BBNaija star Queen Mercy has refuted claims that she ruined her marriage. This dismissal came during a heated online exchange with a follower.
A follower expressed exhaustion from defending the reality TV star. They were heartbroken by the marriage’s end. The follower also reported being mocked by those they had previously argued with in Queen’s defense.
Another follower responded to the comment. They urged others to stop “kicking someone who is already down.” They noted that Queen is currently facing a challenging period.
Queen clarified her last visit to the United States. It was in 2017/2018, long before she gained fame. She briefly stayed with her aunt in Houston. Afterward, she traveled to Florida for a pageant.
Queen stated that during her last US visit, she was a regular pageant contestant. She had no public visibility then. She questioned how anyone in the US could have seen her. This was in response to accusations labeling her a prostitute.
Queen acknowledged her family might be upset by her public response. However, she felt compelled to clarify the situation.
She revealed receiving various insults since leaving BBNaija. People continually act as if she committed a crime during the show.
Queen addressed claims about her wedding photos. She denied posting them online to spite her baby daddy. She explained she was simply excited, like any bride, when sharing her pictures.
Accusations suggested she wasn’t ready for marriage. This was due to her movie roles. Queen clarified that she has only featured in a few films. She stated she has never acted in deep kissing or overly romantic scenes.
She challenged anyone who believed otherwise to provide proof. Queen added that “being a good girl” never yielded benefits for her.
