Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has reacted to recent reports about her marriage. The acclaimed movie star shared positive words about herself. This comes amid claims of a potential split from her husband, Fisayo Olagunju, known as MC Fish.
Social media user Stanley had earlier alleged a crisis in the couple’s union. He claimed Anita had removed her husband’s belongings from their home. This action reportedly followed a feeling of betrayal.
Stanley’s post suggested MC Fish had left Anita for another woman. It stated, “I hear say Fisher man left Anita for another woman. Na once Anita vex throwaway Fish man bags for outside. Justice for Anita.” The post further highlighted Anita’s perceived efforts for MC Fish, stating, “Upon everything wa Anita do for that gold digger. Omo to carry man put for house and Dey provide for am no Dey easy oooo. Anita, na man, you be.”
However, Anita Joseph chose to address the situation indirectly. She took to her Instagram page to share confessions of positivity. The actress neither confirmed nor denied the circulating reports of her marriage crisis.
Her post simply read, “The Lord has kept my portion. Shalom!”
Anita Joseph’s Past Stance on Marital Controversies
This incident is not the first time Anita Joseph has made headlines for speaking out. She recently voiced criticism against politician and businessman Ned Nwoko. This concerned the marital issues involving his estranged wife, Regina Daniels, and her family.
Anita Joseph expressed worries about the treatment of the actress’s relatives. Her concern heightened after Regina’s brother, Sammy West, was detained. She usually avoids marital disputes, she explained on Instagram.
The actress stated she could not ignore what she called ‘unfair treatment.’ She questioned why Nwoko allegedly used his influence against his wife’s family. She also wondered if he left any room for peace between both families.
Anita urged Nwoko to ensure Sammy West’s release from police custody. She stressed that marriage should never be forced. Joseph also lamented the lack of government intervention in the matter. She assured Regina Daniels of her prayers and support during the difficult period.
