Dollar to Naira Black Market Exchange Rate – July 22, 2026
According to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources in Lagos, the parallel market (black market) was trading the US dollar at ₦1,421 for selling and ₦1,411 for buying on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognise the parallel market and advises individuals seeking foreign exchange to conduct transactions through their commercial banks.
