Lady Rejects Peter Obi’s Claims of Political Intimidation, Calls Them Reckless
A Nigerian woman has criticized the NDC presidential aspirant, Peter Obi, after he accused the ruling administration of deliberately obstructing his campaign.
Her response came after Obi’s appearance on the With Chude program, where he claimed he routinely encounters hurdles and believes the government is singling him out.
She characterized several of his statements as reckless, maintaining that there is no evidence to suggest airport personnel were ordered to ignore him.
Having watched Peter Obi’s clip, I find his assertion about his life completely unfounded. He alleged that officials no longer greet him at the airport, which seems implausible to think that politicians would instruct staff to snub him.
She also rebutted his assertion that he was barred from parking at a certain spot, contending that he had actually parked in an unauthorized area.
According to her, had security personnel requested him to relocate, the appropriate action would have been to obey.
She further rejected his claim that the government singled out his brother by tearing down his building, noting that numerous other structures in the vicinity were demolished for allegedly breaching zoning rules.
They did not specifically target his sibling; many buildings in that area were razed. I believe he is merely seeking sympathy votes,” she stated.
Her remarks have generated varied responses online, with both backers and detractors of Peter Obi discussing her statements.
