Surprise Visit Turns Sour
A Nigerian lady has recounted an emotional experience after travelling from Lagos to Ibadan to surprise her boyfriend.
According to her, she came back from Ibadan three days ago after deciding to pay him an unexpected visit.
However, upon reaching his home and him opening the door, she said she discovered another woman inside the house.
The woman said her boyfriend attempted to explain the situation, but she was too upset to listen. She immediately decided to leave and booked a flight back to Lagos.
While boarding her flight, she said another passenger noticed she was crying and asked what had happened.
After she explained the situation, the passenger jokingly remarked that folks travel to Ibadan for amala, not to seek love.
She said …
“ I got back from Ibadan 3 days ago, I went to see my man, I wanted to suprise him, when I got there I knocked & he opened only for me to see a woman there, he tried to explain but I didn’t want to listen so I booked my flight back to Lagos, while I was boarding someone asked why I was crying I told him & he said it’s only amala deh come to eat in Ibadan not find love”
