Sam Larry Confirmed Alive After Lagos-Calabar Road Accident
Popular socialite and music promoter Samson Eletu, widely known as Sam Larry, is receiving medical treatment following a serious road accident on the Lagos‑Calabar Coastal Road.
In an interview with Punch, a close associate named Abolade said he spoke with Sam Larry just hours after the crash and confirmed the promoter was alive.
He added that, although the collision was severe, Sam Larry’s exact medical condition could not be determined at that moment.
“Yes, he’s alive and not dead, but his condition cannot be ascertained because of how bad the accident was. We spoke after the accident. He’s alive, and I’m sure of that,” he told the publication.
Recall that the accident occurred early on Saturday when the vehicle Sam Larry was travelling in collided with a trailer, causing extensive damage to the car.
A video that went viral on social media showed the wrecked vehicle at the scene. One of his security personnel, identified only as Wale, died at the spot.
