Contrasting Liverpool’s struggles, Rooney believes Arsenal are primed for Premier League glory. “Arsenal appear perfectly positioned to win their first title since 2004,” he declared. “Their squad is strong with three seasons of near-miss experience. They must win now, or face potential managerial changes.”
