Popular Nigerian comedian Anita Asuoha, known professionally as Warri Pikin, has responded firmly to ongoing speculation about her pregnancy timeline. The content creator issued a direct warning to fans persistently questioning her delivery date.
In a social media statement, Warri Pikin declared: “This na general warning to all of una Wey dey always ask me Real warri pikin ‘When you dey born nau’? You go collect wetin nor good.”
Pregnancy Journey Details
The comedian, who announced her third pregnancy in June 2025, is now in her final trimester. She revealed the baby’s gender in September, confirming she’s expecting a girl.
Gastric Sleeve Surgery Impact
During an interview with Punch, Warri Pikin explained how gastric sleeve surgery facilitated her pregnancy. She emphasized the procedure hasn’t caused complications and actually contributed to her smooth pregnancy journey.
“The surgery involved removing 80 per cent of my stomach,” she clarified. “It helped me achieve healthy weight and eliminated conception barriers caused by obesity. Contrary to misconceptions, I’m experiencing zero health challenges.”
Warri Pikin noted many misunderstand the procedure: “People remain ignorant about gastric sleeve benefits. It resolved my weight-related fertility issues, making conception possible and my pregnancy risk-free.”
