Senator Abdulaziz Yari represents Zamfara West. He recently claimed President Bola Tinubu is ‘caged’ within the Presidential Villa.

Yari made this statement during the One Nigeria Project Conference. The event took place in Abuja on Wednesday. He asserted that Nigeria’s Presidency operates from outside the Aso Rock Villa.

The former Zamfara Governor also lamented. He stated that the nation’s problems stem from its elites.

He continued by delivering a clear message. United States President Donald Trump cannot help Nigeria.

Yari shared his perspective: “America calls itself God’s own country. However, Nigeria is even more so. We are truly God’s own nation.”

“Many challenges we face are self-inflicted,” he explained. “Yet, we must unite to overcome them.”

“Before 1999, Nigeria faced significant issues. Still, the country endured. Consider June 12; many believed the nation would collapse. But the God who united Nigeria in 1914 is still in charge. He will remain in charge.”

“Anyone who thinks otherwise wastes their time,” Yari stressed. “Nigeria is here to stay as a nation.”

“Do not call Trump,” Yari advised. “This is Nigeria’s business. Trump has no role here. He cannot solve Nigeria’s problems. Only Nigerians can solve them.”

“I met with the President last night,” Yari revealed. “I informed him about this event. I suggested he watch our proceedings if he had time. I also believe this organization deserves support.”

“The core issue lies with the elite,” he stated. “People are criticizing President Tinubu. They do so because they misunderstand the actual problem.”

“Those connected to the Presidency understand this reality. Operations are run more from outside the Villa than within. We have the President ‘caged’ there. We locked him in. But we conduct the operations. Consider the trust placed in you,” he concluded.
