Popular Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has opened up about her past marriage. She discussed her personal and legal struggles. These issues arose after her split from her former husband, Ned Nwoko.

Daniels also addressed old claims about her using drugs. She insisted these allegations were tied to her ex-husband’s influence. “Yes, everyone! It is now in history that ‘REGINA DANIELS’ did drugs,” she wrote on Instagram. She added, “because that was what her husband wanted, believe it or not.”

The actress reflected on her early marriage. She was just 17 at the time. Daniels believes ongoing rumors have damaged her reputation significantly.

Despite the emotional pain, she remains determined. She aims to reclaim her story. Daniels also plans to take legal action where necessary.

Regina Daniels’ Emotional Statement

In a raw Instagram story post, Daniels shared her deep feelings. “Dearest ex-husband, thanks for breaking the crown you put on my head,” she wrote. She emphasized her trust in him during their relationship.

Her statement highlighted a major concern. “No one knew us like us,” she said. “I trusted you with all of me, even with my sex tape.” She then expressed a profound fear: “I pray [it] never sees the light.”

Daniels accused Nwoko of always being “a step ahead negatively.” She called herself “foolish” for marrying him at 17. She questioned, “When I married you at 17, was I on drugs?”

The actress is grateful for how time has passed. “My name is ruined for now,” she acknowledged. However, she affirmed her resolve. “But I will rewrite my story! That narrative will be dead and gone.”

She declared her readiness for a fight. “Now that I have let the one thing you have on me out, what else?” she challenged. “It’s time to fight with all of me in court! I’m not backing down now, you narcissistic, manipulative bastard!”

Her post conveyed immense pain. “I’m so pained! I am ruined!” she exclaimed. She concluded with a message of faith. “Y’all can laugh, but the laughter won’t be for long as long as I serve my God!”
