A faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), led by Kabiru Tanimu Turaki, has issued a strong caution. It warns the public against interacting with several individuals. These persons, he stated, have been expelled from the party.
In a statement released on Thursday, signed by Turaki, the faction listed prominent figures. Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, and former Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, were named. Nine other individuals were also included. They are no longer PDP members. They hold no office within the party.
The statement further warned the public. Any dealings with these listed persons carry significant risk. Such engagements are not authorised by the PDP.
Full List of Expelled Members
Turaki explicitly named the expelled PDP members. They include Ezenwo Wike, Samuel Anyanwu, and Ayo Fayose. Also on the list are Umar Bature, Kamaldeen Ajibade, and Mao Ohuabunwa. George Turnah, Dan Orbih, Austin Nwachukwu, Mon’d Abdulrahman, and Abraham Amah complete the list.
The formal disclaimer provided more details. It informs the general public about certain individuals. These individuals are no longer members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). They also hold no office in the party. Their expulsion occurred at the 2025 Elective National Convention. This convention took place on November 15-16, 2025, in Ibadan, Oyo State. The action aligns with the party’s amended constitution.
