Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has issued a strong warning. This warning is directed at her colleague, Lizzy Anjorin. It follows a recent online drama. The dispute erupted after Amusa’s son celebrated his first birthday.
Many prominent figures attended the birthday event. These included movie industry colleagues like Iyabo Ojo and Mercy Aigbe.
Clips from the party quickly went viral. Viewers claimed the band’s lyrics contained subtle jabs. These remarks seemed directed at Lizzy Anjorin.
Lizzy Anjorin later addressed the issue. She went live on Instagram last Thursday. There, she accused Dayo and Iyabo of disrespect. Anjorin insisted the performance was a direct attack on her.
Dayo Amusa reacted strongly. She sent a heated voice note. This note is now circulating online. In it, she warns Lizzy. Amusa demands Lizzy stop involving her child in any online drama.
Amusa made her stance clear. “We are not friends,” she stated. She reminded Lizzy of past conflicts. These past issues caused her to distance herself. Lizzy even tried to visit Amusa after childbirth. Amusa declined that visit.
Dayo explained her communication method. She responded via Instagram messages. This was because she lacked Lizzy’s phone number. Lizzy had previously congratulated her. This happened after her son’s birth, also via Instagram.
“I don’t want to have issues with you,” Amusa declared. “We are like parallel lines. We can never meet. We are not friends.”
She continued, “You called me out after I delivered my baby. You wanted to visit me and my baby. I declined honorably due to your controversial nature.”
“Let this be the last time you ever mention my baby’s name. Do not include him in any of your videos. I do not joke about my child.”
“If you try this again, my reaction will be off social media. You will not like it. Stay in your lane. Respect yourself.”
Amusa concluded with a stern warning: “Do not use my child for your video shenanigans. If you do, people will pity you. I will be done with you. I want nothing to do with you ever again.”
