Nigerian singer Jaywon has publicly faulted the family and friends of Nollywood star Regina Daniels. He accused them of inadequate guidance during her marital challenges with husband Ned Nwoko.
The criticism follows Daniels’ viral video addressing her marriage. She revealed her family initially opposed her union with Nwoko. The actress also pleaded for an end to online attacks against her mother.
Jaywon Questions Regina’s Support System
Responding via X (formerly Twitter), Jaywon described Daniels’ social media activity as immature. He stated her posts demonstrate a lack of self-awareness during sensitive times.
“The people around Regina focus more on personal interests than honest guidance,” Jaywon claimed. He emphasized that both friends and family share responsibility.
Lifelong Bonds Beyond Social Media
The singer highlighted Daniels’ permanent connection to Nwoko through their two children. “That bond lasts forever,” he stated, urging wiser public conduct.
Jaywon cautioned against airing personal issues online. He wrote: “Social media doesn’t heal. It turns private matters into public entertainment.”
“It’s time to rise above the noise. The things she’s posting reflect a lack of maturity. At the end of the day, she shares two children with this man; that bond is for life.”
The artist advised prioritizing personal peace over online validation. He stressed that digital platforms rarely resolve real-life challenges constructively.
