According to sources at Bureau De Change (BDC), traders at the Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) are selling one US dollar for ₦1500 and buying at ₦1480 as of Sunday, October 19, 2025.

Please be aware that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognize the parallel market (black market) and has directed all individuals who wish to engage in Forex transactions to do so through their respective banks.
