Nigerian music superstar Davido recently connected with Tanzanian artist Juma Jux, the husband of popular social media influencer Priscilla Ojo.
During their friendly exchange, Davido wished Jux well in his marriage. He playfully urged him to care for Priscilla, saying: “Happy married life. You are enjoying it. Take care of my sister, oh.”
Jux and Priscilla married earlier this year. They welcomed their son Rakeem in Canada on August 24, 2025.
The couple recently returned to Lagos with their child. They later traveled to Abuja for Jux’s performance at the Medicaid Cancer Foundation event on October 25, 2025.
Davido’s Diplomatic Engagement with Macron
In other news, Davido sparked fan excitement by meeting French President Emmanuel Macron. The award-winning singer shared photos from their discussion on his official platform.
Davido described the encounter as an honor. His post stated: “It was an honour meeting #EmmanuelMacron and sharing our visions for a better world.”
Though details remain undisclosed, the meeting strengthens cultural ties between Nigeria and France. Macron has consistently shown interest in Africa’s creative industries.
In 2018, the French leader visited Lagos’ historic Afrika Shrine. This iconic venue was home to late Afrobeat legend Fela Kuti. Macron called it a cultural hub for African music.
