Controversial Nigerian media personality, Daddy Freeze, has reacted to a public incident. This involved legendary singer 2Baba and his wife, Natasha.
The altercation occurred during a live broadcast. 2Baba joined the stream shortly before the confrontation began.
Audio from his end captured a tense exchange. 2Baba was heard speaking in a strained, intense tone. He told his wife, “Shut the f*** up, you need to shut the f*** up.”
His wife, Natasha Osawaru, quickly replied. Her voice was audible, though she remained off-camera. She said, “Innocent, bring that phone, let him see us together.”
Natasha also asked, “Is that Daddy Freeze’s?” She then demanded the phone be turned towards them.
During the struggle for the phone, 2Baba gave a warning. He said, in frustration, “See what you are doing.” The audio transmission from his side then abruptly stopped.
Daddy Freeze’s Immediate and Post-Stream Reaction
Confusion grew among live stream viewers. Host Daddy Freeze quickly intervened. He urged everyone to remain calm. He acknowledged the uncertainty. “Guys, calm down,” he stated. “Let’s hope there will be stability. Then we will know what is going on.”
Following the incident, Daddy Freeze posted on his Instagram page. He strongly advised those close to 2Baba and Natasha to check on them. He described the live clash as “scary and traumatising.”
He emphasized his efforts to support 2Baba. He asserted that he should not be held responsible if anything unfortunate happens to the singer. “If anything happens to 2baba in this life, nobody can say I didn’t try,” he wrote.
Daddy Freeze further shared his distress. “What happened on my Live show today traumatised me. I don’t know the details of what happened, but it was scary,” he confessed. “I am bothered by 2Face and Natasha. If you are close to them, can you please check on them? Even my wife was worried. I don’t know who to call.”
In a light-hearted comment, Daddy Freeze also acknowledged his own wife. He expressed gratitude that she had “not beaten him.” He joked that if she had, many would have ridiculed him. He then quoted himself: “My darling, anytime I see you, I am thankful. Thank you for not beating me. A lot of people would have made a jest of me. They would say, ‘see the person that talks about people’s lives.’”
